About
I believe the best design makes people feel safe enough to act. My art therapy background means every interface, brand, and space I create starts with empathy — then layers in craft, systems thinking, and strategic clarity.
End-to-end product design from research through prototyping. Expedia, MAXEX, and GTRI trusted me to lead design strategy for enterprise platforms serving millions.
I build component libraries and design standards that scale. At GTRI, my system became the foundation for an entire division's application suite.
From AR/VR games for Live Nation and Genesis at MoZeus to print and digital campaigns at Hexagon — I craft identities that move people.
Certified Art Therapy Supervisor. I bring trauma-informed, neurodivergent-friendly design principles to everything — from digital products to physical spaces.

Reviews
Words from people who've worked alongside me in the trenches.
Jordan had to become a teacher to all of us. She worked hard to educate us in concepts such as User Personas so we could start thinking about how actual people interact with software. Her design standards ensured continuity across our entire suite of applications. I knew I could trust Jordan — and that was a tremendous asset.
She is passionate about user experience and is proficient with tools such as Figma. Jordan's interactive prototype was a valuable tool for validating workflow assumptions with users and conveying the value proposition of the platform with stakeholders and leadership.
Jordan possesses a unique talent for delving into intricate details while maintaining a holistic perspective. Her exceptional ability to analyze complex challenges and find innovative solutions that are both visually appealing and functionally efficient sets her apart. Working with Jordan is an absolute joy.

Design Philosophy
Good design solves real problems. I'm not interested in pretty for its own sake — I want experiences that guide people clearly, reduce cognitive load, and make them feel safe enough to act.
My creative wellness coaching background taught me that environments profoundly shape how people feel and behave. Calm, inclusive design isn't aesthetic preference — it's functional.
One reusable component is worth more than ten beautiful one-offs. I build design systems so teams move faster without losing brand cohesion. Sustainability over spectacle.
Designing for neurodivergent and marginalized communities isn't niche — it's good design for everyone. I start with the most vulnerable user and work outward.
